According to the automation degree, L bar sealer have three types: automatic L bar sealer, semi-auto L bar sealer and manual L bar sealer.
In most cases, the L bar sealer connected with the heat shrink tunnel to complete the whole packing process. But manual L bar sealer is a little different, it is an all-in-one machine, that is, sealing, packing, shrinking complete by one machine. It sounds the machine is really powerful, but actually, it is very small and easy to operate with low price
Now I want to introduce the auto L bar sealer in detail. From the name, we can imagine what it looks like: the sealing knife looks like a English letter “ L” and connected with a heat shrink tunnel.
Manually or automatically put the products onto the conveyor, driving through the conveyor, the products move forward, when the electric eye sense of it, the L bar knife will down and cut, and then lift up, the products keep moving to the heat shrink tunnel.
